Rent Collection

Collecting rent is critical for maintaining income and healthy tenant relationship, and having someone in your corner educated on tenant law and proper noticing is essential.

If a tenant has gone beyond the grace period of their lease, we provide them with a late rent notice, where we collect the appropriate late fees along with the standard owed rent amount.

We make paying rent easy, with an online tenant portal that can be accessed 24/7. We encourage tenants to pay online through DoorLoop for no extra charge, but cash, check, Venmo, PayPal and Cashapp are also accepted with proper notice.

Rent is due monthly, usually on the 1st of each month.
