Our trustworthy vendors and maintenance team respond around-the-clock, coordinating directly with residents for all maintenance and repairs. Protecting and maintaining properties is a top priority for us.

We ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are carried out with high standards of quality. Our team is experienced and reliable; from minor fixes to major repairs, we handle it all promptly and efficiently, minimizing inconvenience for residents.

We provide fully transparent and precise billing for all repair services. Our team handles regular upkeep-maintenance at no cost to our residents, as it's included. This includes snow plowing/lawn care, deck & floor repair, appliance support, plumbing & electrical, and most small-scale renovation. Under circumstances where repairs are necessary due to negligence or lack of timely communication, residents will be billed for the full amount, dependent on the scale of the project. We believe that otherwise, all billing falls on the property owner.

For regular maintenance, our response time falls generally within 12 to 24 hours. For any emergency repair or otherwise very urgent circumstance, expect a member of the team there as soon as realistically possible; no later than 2 hours. In the event that a team member cannot assuredly resolve the issue, we work closely with local independent contractors in Houlton and Fort Fairfield.
