Our Team
Brad Chandler
Brad founded Red Door Properties in June 2021, and with over 30 years of financial management and business-owning experience, specializes in comprehensive property management. Raised and now permanently residing in Maine, Brad's local, community-oriented perspective laid the groundwork for Red Door's values as a company. He is also a new member of The Greater Bangor Apartment Owners and Managers Association's board of directors.
Tina Duong
Tina's experience in customer service and client relations makes her a capable resident manager for Red Door. Along with new resident screening and correspondence, she works with the team cleaning and sanitizing properties up to standard, a job crucial in getting them ready-to-rent.
Aaran Chandler
With proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general renovation, Aaron is our Maintenance Manager. He focuses on getting properties plumbed and powered while responding weekly to repair requests and performing regular maintenance.
Sean Kent
Sean joined the team in 2025, and with experience in repair and maintenance, small-scale construction and customer service, handles most projects from an assistant position. He addresses all otherwise light replacements and repair personally and around the clock.
